Local Travel Agency Executive Gets Insider Advice From
Emmy-winning TV Host Anthony Bourdain
Delray Beach, FL, October 23, 2015 – When traveling to another country, it’s important to truly embrace their culture, especially when it comes to the local cuisine, said Anthony Bourdain, American chef, cookbook author, and star of CNN’s Parts Unknown, to an audience of more than 900 travel professionals last month in Orlando, including Diane Fish from Twin Fish Interline Travel
Fish was attending the annual conference of Ensemble Travel® Group, a member-owned organization of approximately 850 top-tier, independent travel agencies in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Fish was joined by other travel executives from around the world at this large industry gathering held this year at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. In addition to Anthony Bourdain and a series of business and industry speakers, conference delegates learned of new products and programs developed by Ensemble, all designed to significantly enhance their customers’ vacation experiences and improve their agency’s business practices and profitability.
Also at conference, Fish and other attendees helped raise a record $121,000 through a raffle and live auction to benefit the Make-A-Wish organization. In the last five years, Ensemble members and partners have donated a total of $464,000 to this worthy cause that has given hope, strength, and joy to children with life-threatening medical conditions since 1980.
