Twin Fish Interline Travel has belonged to Ensemble for three years, and is able to offer many valuable travel benefits to its clients through this affiliation. “As the conference keynote speaker, Anthony Bourdain really captivated the crowd with colorful stories from his 15 years of food and travel adventures,” said Fish “To many people, food is more than just a meal. It’s a way of telling a story and sharing one’s history and love of their country and family. Bourdain encouraged people to get out of their comfort zone when visiting a new destination and ‘eat what’s offered’. Be grateful and polite on the road, he said.” Fish was joined by other travel executives from around the world at this large industry gathering held this year at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. In addition to Anthony Bourdain and a series of business and industry speakers, conference delegates learned of new products and programs developed by Ensemble, all designed to significantly enhance their customers’ vacation experiences and improve their agency’s business practices and profitability. Also at conference, Fish and other attendees helped raise a record $121,000 through a raffle and live auction to benefit the Make-A-Wish organization.
